Allied Universal Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) to provide customer service at a technology-focused location. You will perform routine patrols, monitor access points, verify credentials, and report observations to site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, office areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
