Qualifications

• Three years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or five years of armed security experience.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law and company policy.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Participation in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to store customers, employees, and visitors by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and according to protocols.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site procedures.
• Document observations and incidents; relay information to site leadership and management.
