Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Be 18+ (21+ for armed roles) and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees per site policies.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of designated areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify appropriate contacts.
• Complete reports and logs detailing observations and concerns.
