Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents and alarms; document observations per site requirements.
• Maintain professional communication with public-sector personnel and the public.
