Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Part Time Unarmed) in Columbus, OH. You will patrol and monitor assigned areas, perform access control tasks, and provide outstanding customer service to employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen will be performed.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns and critical situations with calm, professional problem-solving.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, report unauthorized access attempts or unusual conditions.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in required reports and shift logs.
