Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and visible security presence at the facility.
• Monitor entrances, exits, customer activity, and designated security areas.
• Maintain awareness of activity inside and around the property.
• Conduct interior and exterior security patrols as scheduled.
• Observe and report suspicious activity and safety concerns.
• Assist store management with a secure retail environment.
• Address security concerns and de-escalate when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies per procedures.
• Coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Complete Daily Activity Reports and incident documentation.
• Follow site procedures and post orders.
• Communicate significant incidents through the proper chain of command.
• Maintain professionalism and attentiveness throughout the shift.
