Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer in Philadelphia, PA to protect clients across Commercial Real Estate and other sites. You will perform routine patrols, deter incidents, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a visible presence.

Shifts are Fri 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and Sat 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. CPR/First Aid and alarm panel experience are preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and follow site procedures for access control, deliveries, and credential verification.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site requirements.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to property management and Allied Universal leadership.
