Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and team members by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail and distribution areas, parking lots, loading docks, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of visitors, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
