Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Wilson, NC to provide reliable security coverage with fixed shifts and flexible extra shifts.

The role offers $17.00 per hour with a schedule 2:00 PM–10:00 PM Thursdays, and opportunities to earn more via the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program. Candidates must meet minimum requirements including a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Provide courteous customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while on site.
• Follow site-specific security procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Perform regular unarmed patrols and monitor access points.
• Maintain situational awareness and report anomalies to supervisors.
• Communicate clearly with team and site contacts to ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and assist with directing visitors to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
