Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will undergo background checks and a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and document entries, exits, and observations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Prepare accurate reports of patrols, incidents, hazards, and security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to leadership and site personnel.
