Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Leonia, NJ. You will monitor facilities, deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service while upholding Allied Universal’s values.

Role involves scheduled shifts in the afternoon/evening, patrolling restricted areas, and ensuring safe access for employees and visitors. Requires minimum security experience and HS diploma.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and follow site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns in a calm, reporting manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, and surrounding areas.
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify visitor authorization.
• Document patrols and incidents per site policies and report to leadership.
