Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Unarmed Patrol Security Officer for a Sterling, VA site. You will provide on-site security services, deter incidents, and maintain a welcoming environment while upholding integrity and teamwork.

The role emphasizes customer service, visible presence, and adherence to site policies in a technology and telecommunications setting. Training and shift-based scheduling are provided.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A background investigation will be conducted as per laws.
• A drug screen may be required by law.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and report them per procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility interior, exterior, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery areas and report observations to the appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and noteworthy activity using required logs and reporting tools.
