Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ and a U.S. citizen.
• Able to obtain a PERC license within 30 days of employment.
• Valid driver's license and meet insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned property to prevent crime and enforce policies.
• Observe, report and act on suspicious activity; assist in arrests as needed.
• Provide credible testimony in court when required.
• Prepare reports on arrests, incidents and daily activity.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professional conduct.
• Follow safety policies and participate in ongoing training.
• Support diversity and teamwork; perform other duties as assigned.
