Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, documenting entries and incidents accurately.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Maintain orderly vehicle and pedestrian flow and project a professional presence.
