Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed) in Honolulu, HI. You will perform patrols of commercial offices, monitor access, and respond to incidents while delivering exceptional customer service to tenants and staff.

Qualifications

• License preferred (state, county or city)
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required by law
• Background check policy applies to qualified applicants
• Drug screen to extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff by carrying out security procedures and site policies
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns in a calm, problem‑solving manner and document activities
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office buildings, lobbies, parking areas, and other areas to deter unauthorized activity
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, assist with directing guests, deliveries, and contractors
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols and incidents and communicate with leadership and site contacts
