Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience, or a college degree.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public at government facilities by following site-specific policies, security-related procedures, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, public concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with directions and reporting access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
