Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) in Mobile, AL to safeguard patients, visitors, staff, and vendors within a healthcare setting. You will patrol, deter incidents, and maintain a welcoming environment while delivering excellent customer service.

The schedule includes night and day shifts with the option to build a flexible, shift-based routine. A high school diploma and background check are required; CPR/First Aid are preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide courteous customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols and respond to incidents following procedures.
• Monitor access points and report safety concerns to leadership.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, behavioral health concerns, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as needed, and report unusual conditions to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
