Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and staff while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building interiors and exteriors to deter incidents.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior and safety concerns per site rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees at a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report suspicious behavior and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.
