Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with clients, patients, visitors and staff.
• Willing to adapt to a dynamic security environment.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening will be conducted as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by location.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports.
