Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas, and perimeter points.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain documentation.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and coordinate with responders as needed.
• Maintain professional presence and report observations to site leadership.
