Job summary

Inter‑Con Security Systems, Inc. is hiring an Unarmed Security Guard in Denver, CO. The role is part‑time with hourly pay in a range of $22.00–$22.40. Responsibilities include monitoring, access control, and incident reporting across assigned facilities.

Requirements include a Denver Guard Card, minimum age 21, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid U.S. driver’s license. Prior security experience is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Denver Guard Card
• Be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Speak, read, and write English
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• One year of security experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Constant or frequent personal surveillance of the secured areas
• Close observation of persons within the secured areas to detect damage, misuse, or theft
• Monitor equipment deliveries and contractor activities
• Log visitors, vehicles, and vendors; issue visitor badges
• Respond to alarms and emergencies in a timely manner
• Enforce access control and report trespassers as per post orders
