Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Unarmed Patrol Security Officer in Louisville, KY. You will provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while performing security procedures and emergency response when needed.

The role involves routine unarmed patrols of the facility and grounds, monitoring access points, and documenting observations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and follow visitor management procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, methodical manner and document observations per site procedures.
• Prepare clear patrol and incident reports.
