Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver with Active Clearance in Liverpool, NY. This part-time role includes patrolling, access control, and driving duties to support aerospace/defense locations.

You will provide professional customer service and respond to incidents while maintaining a visible security presence. Minimum requirements include a NY Security Guard License, DoD Secret Clearance, a valid driver’s license, and being 18+.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with facility requirements, verifying credentials and directing individuals as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts.
• Complete required patrol logs, incident reports, and other security-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
