Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws
• Drug screen required where permitted by law
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security procedures and site policies
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and sensitive areas; report concerns to appropriate personnel
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and complete required reports
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, offices, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter
• Direct visitors and maintain a professional presence to support daily operations at the location
