Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if in driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, yards, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and documenting visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with calm, clear communication.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols, incidents, and security activities.
