Job summary

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. seeks an Unarmed Security Officer for our Philadelphia Regional Office, based in Pottstown, PA.

The role focuses on professional security service with a strong emphasis on observation, reporting, and customer service. Pay is $17.00 per hour with a Part-Time, 1st Shift schedule (Mon and Tue). Requirements include a HS diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years security or related experience, valid security credentials, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of security, law enforcement, military, or customer service experience preferred.
• Current state-required security registration/license/permit.
• Background screening and drug/alcohol testing where applicable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-service skills.
• Ability to remain alert, use good judgment, and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned location.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned areas and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security concerns.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols and other patrols as assigned.
• Maintain daily activity reports and write clear, accurate incident reports.
• Enforce site post orders, policies, procedures, and client regulations.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and security incidents.
• Provide professional customer service and assist with client requests as needed.
• Communicate incidents and concerns to site and company management.
• Attend required company and site training.
