Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Secure facility and property through observation and inspections; monitor access points and deny entry as needed.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and alert relevant personnel; operate alarms and report irregularities.
• Write reports and maintain an activity log; document observations and interviews.
• De-escalate volatile situations and protect the vulnerable; contribute to a safe work environment.
• Direct traffic and assist with safety procedures and compliance.
