Allied Universal is hiring a Part-Time Unarmed Security Guard in Greensboro, NC. You will monitor entrances, deter incidents, and provide courteous service to tenants and visitors at a commercial real estate location.

As a part-time position, you can build a flexible schedule using our Shift platform. Applicants must have HS diploma or equivalent, be 18+ for unarmed roles, and pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, parking areas, common areas, exterior grounds, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports, maintaining professional communication with staff and responders.
