Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, exterior perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and shipping/receiving areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and direct authorized personnel and vehicles as needed.
• Document incidents and patrol activities in clear, accurate reports.
