Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following security procedures and site policies, and assist in emergency responses as needed.
• Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter.
• Monitor for unusual activity and deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain a visible, professional presence when interacting with visitors, residents, staff, and vendors.
