Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, contractors, visitors, and delivery drivers while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of facilities and access points to identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/contractor records per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, coordinated manner with site personnel and responders.
• Prepare clear activity reports and communicate hazards and maintenance concerns.
