Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store team members by carrying out security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for hazards and policy violations, document observations, and complete incident reports.
• Assist with access control, opening and closing procedures, and other security-related tasks.
