Allied Universal in West Chester, OH is seeking a Security Officer Flexible Unarmed Driver to provide reliable security coverage at a designated site. This part-time enhanced position offers flexible hours and opportunities to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform.

Pay rate $18.25 per hour, with shifts including Sunday evenings and multiple time options. The role emphasizes customer service, patrols, access control, and safe response to incidents within the retail environment.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures and responses.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols across the retail property including common areas and parking areas.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control, traffic and parking guidance, and other security duties as assigned.
