Qualifications

• Valid driver3s license in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors at a technology data center by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of data center buildings, perimeter areas, access points, parking areas, and critical infrastructure locations.
• Monitor access control points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, deliveries, and vendors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate contacts.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation.
