Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, access points, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy violations.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as directed, and maintain awareness of vehicle and pedestrian traffic entering and leaving the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations according to site procedures.
• Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
