Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background check as per laws.
• Allied Universal will consider applications with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate according to site procedures.
• Conduct patrols across facilities to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and log incidents.
• Observe activity and report hazards, damaged property, or suspicious behavior.
