• Provide customer service to clients by following site policies and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access activity and report unusual conditions or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation and shift communications.
