Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Route Driver in New Kensington, PA. You will provide customer service, perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deter security incidents while upholding site policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of industrial facilities, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying authorization, observing visitor and contractor activity, and communicating site entry requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in clear and accurate reports.
