Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of campus buildings and surrounding areas to identify unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical calls, and critical situations, following campus protocols.
• Monitor access points and support access-control procedures for authorized individuals, deliveries, and events.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate with supervisors and campus personnel.
