Qualifications

• Valid driver2s license required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).

• Driver2s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel while following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor for unusual activity and potential hazards, deter unauthorized activity and report observations.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally, following site protocols.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and directions while maintaining professional presence.
