Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver for Blooming Grove, TX. You will deliver customer service, perform targeted patrols, and monitor site access, with a focus on safety and incident response.

The role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings, and a pay rate of $21.00 per hour. This position supports flexible hours and professional growth within the security industry.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, access points, parking areas, and operational areas, documenting observations.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and directing visitors and contractors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally; communicate with site contacts and responders.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift handoffs while maintaining a professional presence.
