Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Deterrence) in Pattison, TX. You will patrol, deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns at an automotive manufacturing location. A valid Driver’s license is required and a part-time schedule is offered.

Pay rate is $21.37 per hour with a flexible daytime schedule across several shifts. The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and working within a collaborative security team.

Formación

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing and operations location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, perimeter locations, entry points, and exterior grounds to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Report maintenance, environmental, and security-related concerns observed during patrols to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
