Job summary

Mercy Hospital is seeking a Part Time, PRN ultrasound technologist to perform a range of sonography procedures at an independent technical level in Oklahoma City. You will supply prescribed examinations for radiographic diagnoses and take responsibility for designated areas as needed.

The role requires graduation from a school of Sonography with clinical hours and may require ARDMS/ARRT/CCI registries or registry eligibility, plus BLS within 30 days. Licensure varies by state.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of Sonography with required clinical hours.
• No experience required for entry level; progression via ladder.
• ARDMS/ARRT/CCI registry or registry eligible with BLS within 30 days; state licensure may be required.
• Advance to higher levels with required registries and experience as defined.
• Current Associate Sonographers advancing to Sonographer title must complete competencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound procedures at a technical level with independent judgment.
