Part-Time UGC Creator Manager (Remote – US Only)

Matchnode is a performance creative agency helping brands grow through powerful ad creative and data-driven strategy. We’re looking for a part-time UGC Creator Manager to join our fast-paced, experimental, and supportive creative team.

In this role, you’ll manageUGC creators for Meta and TikTok, from outreach to content review, to help us produce scroll-stopping ads that convert. This is a part-time contractor position and US based.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and manage relationships with TikTok and Meta creators
  • Write clear briefs aligned with our creative strategy
  • Review and organize UGC assets for testing
  • Collaborate on creative ideation and copywriting
  • Track content performance (CTR, hook rate, conversions, etc.)
  • Maintain communication and workflows across platforms


YourExperience

  • 2+ years in UGC, influencer management, or creator partnerships
  • Familiarity with Meta and TikTok Creator Marketplaces
  • Understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, thumb-stop rate, conversions)
  • Solid organization and communication skills
  • Collaborative, proactive, and experimental mindset


Details

  • Hours: 5–10 hours/week
  • Location: Remote, US-based preferred (CST ideal)
  • Reporting To: Creative Director
