Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of terminals, access points, parking, loading and distribution areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access, verify authorization, and maintain logs and reports per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, solution-minded manner and notify appropriate contacts.
• Observe and report security concerns and policy violations in a logistics environment.
