Qualifications

• Must possess a TSA-issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and records, and maintain visitor, vehicle, and delivery logs.
• Control access to restricted areas, issue passes or keys, and report concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly following established security procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
