Qualifications

• Possess a TSA-issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential TWIC.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation; drug screen; licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors and personnel per site procedures.
• Control access to restricted areas by verifying identification and credentials.
• Monitor entry/exit points and logs; report irregularities.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and coordinate with emergency services.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, facilities and perimeters.
