Job summary

EVEREVE Incorporated is seeking a Part-Time Trendsend Stylist for an in-store role in Southlake, TX. You will lead by our HEART values and provide the EVEREVE experience through Trendsend box styling services.

Responsibilities include styling customers, reviewing profiles, curating looks, and ensuring quality while driving sales. Flexible scheduling and fashion discounts accompany this role.

Qualifications

• In-store styling experience preferred with EVEREVE or similar box styling background.
• Passion for fashion, trends, and helping customers find looks they love.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong read of customers' style preferences and needs.
• Growth mindset, coachable, and comfortable using styling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead by EVEREVE HEART values to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Style Trendsend customers using the Trendsend platform and curate full looks.
• Review customer profiles and preferences to tailor each box.
• Curate 6–8 pieces per box and maintain 45-minute styling plus 15 minutes for shipping/returns.
• Write warm, authentic notes with styling tips for customers.
• Oversee quality of products and process Trendsend returns with Care Team as needed.
• Manage time effectively to complete shifts and meet sales targets.
• Achieve or exceed personal sales plan and Sales per Box targets.
