Nightingale College seeks a dedicated nursing educator for a full-time role requiring 100% travel across the US during clinical rotations. Responsibilities include facilitating on-ground education and teaching nursing students while adhering to the organization's standards. Full training and travel expenses covered, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
Must be willing to travel up to 100% within the US during clinical rotations. This is not a state-specific travel position; assignments can be located in any of the Nightingale SOFE areas. Please see the link below for the list of all SOFE (Supervised On-ground Field Experience) locations.
We have 3 semesters each year, each lasting 16 weeks (about 3.5 months). Clinical rotations take place during at least 11 of these weeks. Part-time faculty work involves 20-22 experiential learning shifts, or about 5 to 5.5 weeks per semester.
Travel and lodging are provided by the organization.

The starting salary for this position is $43,000. Nightingale College uses a faculty ladder with five levels: Instructor, Assistant Professor I, Assistant Professor II, Associate Professor, and Professor. Placement depends on degree level and academic experience.

This position requires 100% travel to clinical sites across the US. Assignments are not state-specific and can be located in any SOFE area.
Full-time employees must attend in-person orientation in Salt Lake City, Utah, and all employees are required to attend an annual in-person conference, with travel and lodging provided.
