The ideal candidate has NP licensure (or eligibility), current DEA registration, and a passion for geriatrics and primary care. Training, mentorship, and a supportive team environment are provided to help you thrive.

Formación

• NP license (or eligibility to obtain).
• DEA registration current or willingness to obtain before start date.
• All experience levels welcome – training & mentorship available.
• Passion for geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a patient-first approach.

Responsabilidades

• Perform physical exams and review medical histories.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging).
• Prescribe medications and create treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and facility staff.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and prevention.
